The 2 Things You Need Before You Contact a Pinback Button Company

If you're looking to contact a pinback button company to help you with your project, there's two things you need to have before you do that.

One are your goals and two is your content. Let's get into them.

One, your goals:  you need to know what the end result is going to look like, what the purpose of it is, and what your ultimate goal is for when the project is completed.

To help you with this, take a look at my questionnaire that I have clients fill out before we start a project. This will help both you and the company figure out what  the end goal is going to be.

We look at how many buttons you need, what it's for, what your target audience is, where you audience finds you, and more. This is so that we can make sure that your goals are achieved in the best possible way.

Two, the second thing you need is your content. You need to know whether you're going to be responsible for it, if you're going to be providing the design to the company or if you're going to work with the company directly to make the design from scratch.

If you're going to supply the design, you need to make sure that it's high resolution. 300 dpi or higher is best. It needs to be very clear, uncluttered and have some bleed.

If you need some help with it, most pinback button companies can help you with it as well.

If there's any copy that needs to be included, like a URL for the rim or a tagline that goes along with it, you need to make sure you have that handy as well.

A third thing that I'm going to add in, you need a point person for this project. One person.

Have you ever worked on a project with multiple people? You know how no one agrees on anything?

This is why you need to have one point person to make all the decisions for the project. You need to trust them enough that the project can be done well in their hands.
