How to Organize the Paper of Your Pinback Button Business

Store physical paper for your business is essential when you have paper receipts, notes from a craft show, or button designs you haven’t cut yet.

I use an accordion folder to hold all of my paper receipts, notes from a craft show and button designs I haven’t cut yet. It also holds miscellaneous business stuff that I don’t want to get rid of and want to keep in one place. I got them from my local dollar store.

You want to have a different section for everything if you can. I have a section for:

  • Craft show notes
  • Pinback button designs that aren’t cut yet
  • Paper receipts from the store or travel
  • Miscellaneous items that I don’t want to lose

These items are important to keep stored somewhere where you know where it is. It’s useful for tax time and you need to make sure you keep these materials for at least 7 years.
